Driver

Blake Nancarrow at Le Circuit Mont-Tremblant, Aug 2001Blake Nancarrow was born 24 Sep 1963 in Peterborough, Ontario (hmmm, not far from Mosport...). He now resides in Toronto where we teaches microcomputer software and web-design courses.

Blake is an advanced high-performance driving instructor for the Audi Quattro Club USA, BMW Club of Canada, BMW Car Club of America, Doncaster Racing team, Driving Adventures, Ferrari Club of America, Findley Driving School, Saab Owner’s Club of Canada, and trackmasters.

He is also the chief instructor for the Saab Owner’s Club of Canada.

Blake has always had a need for speed but this wasn't fulfilled until beginning driving schools in 1996.

Sporadically, in the Trillium chapter autocrosses, Blake competes. Of late, he merely collects and doctors the scores for everyone else.

For 2 years running, Blake has competed in the Trillium chapter winter karting series.

  • 2000: finished 10-race series 14th (out of 67 drivers) with a point total of 314
  • 2001: finished 7-race series in top 10 (out of 64 drivers) with a point total of 261

See Blake's driving resume for more detailed information.

Car

Blake owns two BMWs but neither is race-prepared. He has been invited by Alex Brosseau to co-drive his 318is.
